The Profile will be responsible for managing the Knit wear unit a profit center. Provide leadership and vision to the team and center.Accountable for new customer acquisition.Meeting prospective Buyer/ Buying houses in India to get enquery and convert into business.Accountable for developing new business, business planning and strategy customer/ Vendor relationship management, ensuring smooth operations of current projects and administration.Analyzing the market for new trends for knit wear categories along with design and marketing team.Define business goals and strategies for the company to ensure the mission of the organization.Work with cross functional team like design, product development and sourcing to draw up cohesive business strategy.Domain expertise:Good exposure of Garment Manufacturing and product engineering, Business development/ Marketing, trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline, calendar management, fabric knowledge.,
