Job Description

EbizON is looking for an Associate Consultant_ Business Development to join our team in our Noida office.Responsibilities:

  • This quota-carrying sales profile requires selling digital services and developing new account relationships while achieving quarterly targets.
  • Responsible for pipeline management and meeting digital sales goals individually.
  • Negotiates, structures and closes deals that meet customer expectations and companys ability to deliver
  • Identify and assess customer needs, and acquire & retain new customers by performing upsells / cross-sells.
  • Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems, with solutions tailored for each customer and made as simple as possible
  • Build, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships via emails/calls, identify issues, and suggest new products or services.
  • Build relationships across US/EU markets and act as a trusted marketing partner, providing insights and relaying relevant guidance to the customer to meet shared objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduation MBA from premium college in Marketing is required
  • 0 - 3 years of work experience required. Preferred Experience in B2B sales/ International sales/ Enterprise sales/ US sales.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering client presentations
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Digital Marketing Certifications: Google Ads, Analytics, etc.
