Job Description

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the EdTech sector. Analyze data to make informed decisions.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with the companys growth objectives in the education technology space.
    • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, including schools, colleges, universities, corporate training programs, and other educational organizations, to acquire new business and partnerships.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the companys educational products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Product Presentation & Pitch: Ensure effective Product Presentation and Pitch to the schools/Teachers/Parents/Students.
    • Collaboration with Sales: To work very closely with Sales and support Sales to close deals by coordination, pitch, relationship building and feedback.
    • Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for expanding the companys presence into new geographic regions or educational sectors.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
    • Compliance and Legal: Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant laws and regulations in the education sector.
    • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve the companys products and services continually.
    • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in education technology and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Budget Management: Manage the business development budget efficiently, allocating resources where they are most effective.
    • Innovation: Explore and propose innovative strategies, partnerships, and product offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the EdTech industry.
    • Travel : Open to travel across the defined region/territory as per need.
