We work with numerous local farmers and major factories having great knowledge and experience in the production of the most delicious and prime quality products, prepared using the best local recipes proven in the years.Our target now is to step on and develop the Indian market as we reach the wholesale food channels. In that end we are looking for a new member of our team Business Development Manager, directly reporting to the CEO of the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERResponsible for hunting and development of the market across IndiaDevelop new accounts via all leads such as internet, trade shows, industry events and word of mouthResponsible for the identification, development and execution of market opportunities to increase sales and distribution of the companys portfolio.Build strong relationships with new customers, stakeholders, and internal organizational staff, that promotes loyalty, collaboration, and increased revenue between customers and the companyDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve/exceed sales targets and to expand the companys customer base through new and expanded distribution opportunities.Coordinate all aspects of customer care from original order with customer service to order shipment and ensuring or managing any issue that may arisePrepare sales quotes, negotiate pricing and provide business solutions to effectively close salesTravel to customers for face-to-face meetings to promote new products, enhance customer relationship, address any product queries and ensure we are selling all products and services we can offerEnsure product knowledge is up to date and intimately know current product portfolioActively participate in the development, coordination and execution of the Companys sales strategyREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree or higher or equivalent work experience.3 or more years of proven sales experience preferably in wholesale of foodstuffs or related industry; including strong knowledge of wholesale, specialty/natural, chain, and hotel channelsMust have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), to include speaking clearly and persuasively in positive and/or negative situationsAbility to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times Be a self-starting, goal directed with proven ability to achieve results through self and othersHave excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, persuasive skillsAbility to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting prioritiesProficiency with MS Outlook, Word and PowerPointStrong Written/verbal English knowledge
