Job Description

    A Business Analyst is expected to own analytics on large volumes of data, synthesizing the analysis into business insights, communicating the findings to stakeholders and drive business value. Business analyst will be expected to be skilled in understanding customer needs (both internal and external customers), convert them to analysis requirements, have working knowledge of data availability in various sources and build customer confidence through effective communication. Business analyst would also be responsible for the project plans, cost and efficiency of analytics platform resources, scaling of data processes and reports, and projecttimeline and deliverables. You will work with our key stakeholders to leverage our data to drive operational efficiencies, provide key data-driven insights, enable new opportunities and innovate on behalf of the stakeholders.Position is based out of Noida, India.RequirementsWorking knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse as well as AdvancedExcel(Array, Statistical formulas and Macros)Data Management skills - ability to work with a variety of data sources and pull data usingefficient query development that requires less post processingAbility to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environmentAbility to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findingsin a clear and concise mannerExcellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, andmeeting deadlinesCommunication skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English. Demonstratedability to communicate complex technical problems, analytical insights and businessimplications in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & conciselywith supporting dataProven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptionalorganizational skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSWorking knowledge of Advanced Analytics tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau and Python 3-5 years of experience in hands-on analytics,
