Job Description

    Looking for Candidates from a Hospitality background who should have handled multiple properties as OPS Head- Manage the end-to-end operations for all projects.- Preparing and adherence to process and compliance documents ensuring compliance on operating controls, SOP- s, policies, procedures and service standards including F&B- Lead all key property issues including Operations, maintenance, governance and customer service.- Handling complaints, and oversee the service delivery and grievance redressal procedures.- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of Annual Operating Budget- Closely monitor the Operations and services reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms / Beds, F&B, Admin & General operations, and other services, are on target and accurate.- Maximizing room yield and revenue through implementing innovative practices.- Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential services.- Be accountable for the responsibilities of the operations team and take ownership of all occupants safety, security and complaints.- Responsible for Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal and statutory requirements.Skills & Experience:- 10-15 years of relevant experience - in a reputed Hotel Chain / Co-Living | Student Housing sector- Hotel Management + MBA- from reputed institutes only- Hands-on person who can work in Ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communicator who is adept in Stakeholder Management
