Job Description

Position : Assistant Manager / Senior Executive HR & AdminExperienced : 07 to 12 YearsQualification : MBA / PGBMCTC : 3 to 4.5 LacJob Description

  1. Responsible for formalities of new joining like Offer letter, Appointment letters.
  2. Taking care of Time Office Management System and operating the Time Office and Payroll Software.
  3. Preparation Monthly Wage Salary of 600 Employees.
  4. Preparation & Submission of Monthly Yearly Challans & Returns of Esic Epf, Bonus, Gratuity , Factories Act and Contract Labour Act.
  5. Responsible Legal Notices against absenteeism, performances, misconduct of the employees and coordination with Labour Law Advisors and Advocates.
  6. Responsible for administrative functions like- Security, Guest preparation, reception/front office, Housekeeping and canteen management etc.
  7. Calculation and Making the Full & Final Settlement of the Employees,
  8. Liaisoning and coordinating with all govt. agencies like PF Office, ESIC Office and Labour Office.
  9. Coordination with the accounts department regarding the salary process.
  10. Policy making and Implementation.
  11. Coordination with Banks with regards to opening of Salary Accounts of the new joining.
  12. Responsible for the Employees Personal Files and Records.
  13. Knowledge of ISO Audit.
  14. Knowledge of MMC Payroll Software will be added advantage.
  15. Knowledge of advance excel is must.
