Responsible for managing company s ecom website, blog site & key digital dissemination platforms. Improve design and content of the website with the intent to drive visits and conversions. Build regular reports for website from various Analytics systems. Regular monitoring of website ranking, bounce rate, links troubleshooting, testing of various functionalities, load time and keeping an eye on website exiting pages etc. Managing catalog listing and product uploads on all the partner sites - amazon, filipkart, indiamart etc Track regular leads and their status to meet targeted monthly numbers through digital channel Planning per season by account to maximizes all sales opportunities Drive SEO (on page and off page) and content based marketing (blogs etc.) Come up with new ideas and strategies to enhance the customer experience for owned digital assets. Payment reconciliation Customer & Merchant Relationship Management To oversee the fulfillment of products ordered via the e - commerce channel and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction & business efficiency. Education and Experience MBA/ PGDBM degree or equivalent professional qualification 2 - 3 years of experience in all aspects of developing and executing web master strategies Key Competencies Sound understanding of brand & marketing management across various categories Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics (basic and advance level), Web Trend, Web Master, Keyword tool etc. Problem analysis and problem - solving Should have basic knowledge of html, H1 tags, code optimization etc. Team player Formal presentation and excel skills Strategic thinking from online perspective,
