Job Description

    Experience - 20 years Direction creative leadership and direction to internal teams or external agencies, ensuring the development of compelling and impactful advertising materials, including graphics, videos, copywriting, and other content. and approve creative concepts, designs, and executions to ensure alignment with KODIs guidelines and customers objectives. Management the planning, execution, and optimization of workflow. coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the production process. This includes managing staff, hardware / software applications, schedules and quality of deliverables. all tasks assigned to the KGL team. between Kodi/US team and KGL teams and ensure successful transition. Collaborate with Kodi/US team to understand client requirements and project specification. timely service delivery. train and supervise production staff. performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. performance metrics, analyze data. insights, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effective KPIs. and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production is of high quality. time zone differences to ensure continuous workflow and quicker turnaround times for clients across different regions. - Shift based operation. Open to work in US shift as needed.Client relations and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs to deliver customized solutions and exceed expectations. as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, project updates, and proactive recommendations to drive overall success. Control file dimensions, resolution, color profile and other specification. language barriers to execute corrections and according to requests made by the customer. quality assurance processes (rigorous quality checks, peer reviews, and performance metrics tracking) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of deliverables with client expectations and industry standards.
