Paytm is looking for a Alliances / Partnerships (Manager) to drive partnerships for Paytm centrally. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with top tier companies mainly FMCG and Digital agencies / movie production houses etc negotiating and signing up Barter deals with FMCG partners for digital and offline partnerships for Paytm.Must have 10+ years of experience in Brand tie ups / partnerships / digital / offline brand monetisationUnderstanding of E-commerce / digital / offline marketplace functioningExperience in handling partnershipsStrong networking and communication skillsAbility to negotiate complex deals & contracts with large companiesUnderstanding of Promo engine functionalities and features for ecommerce platformUnderstanding of Payments / settlement processes for revenue accounting and reconciliationExcellent cross-functional engagement skillsExcellent project management skillsRole & ResponsibilitiesCreate Strategic campaigns for Paytm centrallyWork with digital and offline brands to explore partnerships to drive new user growthDevelop and execute marketing / promotional campaigns for Paytm centrallyCollaborate cross functionally to deliver on key objectives from the PartnersActively work with functional teams to execute end to end campaign including pre & post campaign tasksWork closely with legal / finance functions for campaign contract closure , reconciliation , accounting and settlementWork with category teams to evaluate campaigns , track burn and manage campaignsTrack cashback burn regularly and create campaigns strategically to reduce cashback burn,
