Role: AGM Finance , Treasury and Accounts, SEZ Noida Work Experience: 10 + Years Place of Posting : SEZ Noida Salary: Up to 18.0 Lac PA (Higher package may be considered for mapping profiles) Role & Responsibilities: Involved in corporate planning as an active member of organizational restructuring for all levels. Formulate Financial/ Accounting systems, policies, procedures to match the business needs. Perform due-diligence, and projections during joint-ventures and acquisitions. Depending upon business requirement perform hands-on in all aspects of Finance & Treasury, Banking & Working Capital, Accounting & Audit and Taxation as follows: Finance and Treasury: Budgeting forecasting, cost and credit control, margin analysis, costing and profitability analysis with expertise in management reporting. Preparation/ submission of applications to Financial Institutions/ Banks to obtain term loans, short term deposits and follow-up for financial sanction documentation, and disbursements. Procurement of Foreign Exchange Loans under different line of credits and arranging guarantees from financial Institutions for Foreign Currency Loans in favor of foreign lenders. Surplus Fund management in terms of placement of inter corporate deposits to corporate. Banking and Working Capital: Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposals. Fixing up arrangement of working capital. Bill discounting and Line of Credit, L/C backed bill discounting at competitive interest rates. Arrange letters of credit and bank Guarantee. Arrange suppliers credit and Buyers credit including completion of Commercial documentation. Liaison with senior officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, mutual Funds etc. Accounting Costing and Audits: Finalization of Accounts, Divisional & Branch Accounting. Hands-on with Computerized Accounting and Stores / Material Accounting. Debtors Management and Credit Controls. Accounting standards and their implementations. Insurance portfolio. Oversee product costing processes and value addition. Cost and Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis including Management Reporting. MIS reporting. Taxation: Oversee personal taxation for employees and hands-on with e-taxation options. Oversee filing of returns and attend tax authorities for assessment and appeals. Prepare Tax Audit details and attend Statuary Auditors and Internal Auditors. ,
