You will handle repairs and calibrations for OMICRONs products when required
You will be the direct contact for our existing customers and handle technical support and application queries for our products
You will assist clients in the practical application and integration of tests and troubleshoot technical problems for customer and sales support
You will support the marketing & sales activities of OMICRON by actively performing on-site sales demos, participating in trade shows, user meetings and workshops
You will develop and deliver training for OMICRONs products, both in person and with webinars.
You will support regional application specialists and product management with ideas to improve innovative solutions
You will document and observe customer and market requirements to further develop our products

What are we looking for

You have completed your education in electrical engineering and already gained experience in the power industry; deserving fresh electrical engineering graduates can also apply
You see your challenge in the analysis and the solving of customer requests
You are a good team player but also able to work independently
Communication and organizational skills are among your strengths
You have a very good knowledge of English and Hindi
You are willing to relocate to New Delhi and work in our office there
