Job Description

Freight Forwarding - Customer Service Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working on pricing and costing within SLA. Maintaining the up to date records of quotes.
  • Negotiate rates to secure business. Build rapport with Customers, Shipping Lines and agents to strengthen business relationship
  • Coordination with local co loader and overseas agent for any both air and sea import consignments.
  • Maintain customers focus on all times and response to customerxe2x80x99s enquiries.
  • Customer Co-ordination & should update and provide Daily Status Report to customer.
  • Regular follow up on Saleslead and convert in business.
  • Enhancing the productivity of customer by suggesting best possible route and mode of transportation. Also, should work on lane business development.
  • Candidates with Import Pricing experience are preferred.
