    Greetings from Avani Consulting!We are hiring Ara Sales Executive for the Largest FMCG Industry of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.LOCATION: Entire Telangana state, Hyderabad City & Rayalaseema ( Chittoor, Tirupati, Nellore, Kadapa, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, Kurnool, Nalgonda, Anantapur)SALARY: up to8 LPA || Max Age: 30 years || FMCG IndustryDesired candidate profile:
    • Preferred from: Britannia, Dabur, Parle and HUL, (Camlin, Navneet & Pidilite for exclusive stationery division)
    • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on general trade or modern trade.
    • MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing.
    • Age should not be more than 30 years
    • Strong understanding of WD operations (Wholesale Distribution) principles.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
    • Formulate and implement section TM&D plans at the outlet level & achievement of sales expectations.

    • TM&D plans.
    • Implementation of Brand input plans.
    • Stock control.

    • WD operations.
    • Code of conduct and statutory compliance.
    Roles and responsibilities
    • Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with distributors.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase primary and secondary sales through modern/ general trade channels.
    • Handle distributor handling activities such as inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and improve distribution network efficiency.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
