- 2-4 years of experience in digital branding / performance marketing (Agency + Brand exposure preferred)- Hands on working experience on Google Marketing platform is a must (DV360,DCM)- Strong understanding of marketing technology - Hands on Experience & Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning tools Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, MixPanel, Adobe Omniture, comScore etc.- Experience in managing a multi-crore digital marketing budget. Should have seen scale in digital marketing operations- Experience in implementing and using CDP/DMP and direct integrations with platforms- Exposure to running integrated campaigns with usage of 1st party and 3rd party dataValues / Behavioural Desirables :- Strong marketing and analytical mindset backed with good problem-solving skills is a must- Comfortable with hustle, fast paced & dynamic nature of work - Developing consumer intelligence, consumer segment modelling, campaigns management and analytics for driving digital branding campaigns for SVOD at the most optimal cost- Build a Single Customer View, consumer models, segments and look alike strategy in-line with the brand metrics and revenue goals - Optimally invest across digital platforms and monitor performance of each digital platforms; identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Optimize results for campaigns with A/B testing content.- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication, and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization- Develop deep partnerships and build Joint Business Plans with platforms, networks, affiliates, and intermediaries- Innovate, implement & automate martech tools with the purpose of optimization & deep integration with existing tools & systems - CDP, Google, Facebook, ad networks etc- Constantly learn and be the technology & data evangeliser for digital marketing at ZEE5. Be up to date with new methodologies, products, platforms.,
