We are looking for Counter In charge/ Sr.Sales Executive _ Mumbai Location Experience : 3-8Years Location : Mumbai Designation : Sr.Sales Executive / Counter In charge Optical sales Experience Mandatory.Roles and Duties & Responsibilities:1. Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationship highlighting present sale, revenue and expense reports to concerned Area Manager.2. Having thorough knowledge and guiding the team on new products launched by organization. 3. Responsible to lead / handle the counter team members to get the desired results as given by company.4. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to store staff5. Responsible to adhere the process / polices part of SOP laid by the company & ensure all counter team members follow the same.6. Responsible for conducting Daily, Weekly & Monthly meetings with counter staff to discuss about Business & counter operations.7. Responsible to lead the counter business towards the goals given by company by involving him / herself in Sales.8. Responsible to address all customer issues & keep his reporting manager posted about the same & should give at most priority to sort the Customer issue ASAP.9. Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.10. Responsible to keep daily cash collection & petty cash collection safely at counter & depositing daily cash collection in Bank.11. Responsible to maintain / safeguard the Assets & Stocks of the company available in counter & liable for all damages / missings.12. Responsible for sending all Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly reports of the counter to Area Manager & Departments of HO as per the given schedule / protocols.13. Responsible & Accountable for all Order cancellations, discounts & refunds.14. Responsible to maintain the dcor of the counter at all times.15. Responsible for all kinds of coordination / communication between Counter team & Area Manager, Counter team & Lens lab, and Counter team & lens vendors.16.
