Job Description

    Essential conditions Age: 21 38 years Education: Graduation in any stream Minimum Sales Experience: 1 to 6 years , Pref with BFSI/BPO/Contact Centre selling life insurance/financial products.Role -
    • Contacting prospective customers via call to introduce our insurance products and services.
    • Engaging leads in meaningful conversations to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
    • Educating customers on the features, benefits, and coverage options of our insurance policies.
    • Effectively overcoming objections and addressing concerns to close sales.
    • Following up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
    • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Building relationship with channel partner.
