The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing. technical guidance, and continuously improving processes.Qualifications Excellent leadership and team management skills Experience with web and app development Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net Experience designing and implementing technical solutions Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC processes Good understanding of database management and SQL Experience with Azure cloud platform Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field,
