Graduate Civil Engineer having 15+ years of experience in handling Highway Projects. The Team Leader will be overall in- charge of the project supervision of the package. The incumbent shall act as Representative of the consulting firm appointed by the Authority. Team Leader shall be involved in overall superintendence over the Resident Engineers and other experts of the construction package. The Team leader will monitor, supervise and control all the activities related to supervision for the construction package. Shall interact with the Project Director and the other officials of the Authority. At least 5 years experience as Team Leader/ Resident Engineer/ Project Manager or similar capacity in Highway project. Should have handled as Team Leader/ Resident Engineer/ Project Manager or similar capacity of at least two projects in Construction Supervision/ IE of Highways with minimum length of 30kms in 2/ 4/ 6 lane project. Should have handled as Team Leader or Senior Highway Engineer in similar capacity of at least one Projects of project Preparation/ Design of major highway Project of2/ 4/ 6 lane. Not more than 65 years of age. 2) Preferential Qualifications & Experience Post Graduate Degree in Management/ Construction Management/ Transportation/ Highway Engineering/ Structural Engineering. Similar Capacity includes the following positions On behalf of Consultant: Team Leader/ Resident Engineer (Construction Supervision/ IE/ AE/ DPR). On behalf of Contractor: Project Manager (Construction/ Construction Supervision). In Organizations: Superintending Engineer (or equivalent) and above.,
