Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Digital Platform Delivery Lead (15-18 Years)A Digital Platform Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital platforms, products, and solutions. This role is critical in fostering platform approach and mindset for development of large enterprise scale Digital Products and solutionsHere are the key roles and responsibilities:Roles & Responsibilities:1) Develop a clear project plan and strategy for delivering internal and external facing digital platforms & products2) Apply platform approach in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establish project timelines and milestones that aligned with the Product roadmap.3) Build and lead a cross-functional team, including developers, designers, QA professionals, and scrum masters. Set team goals and priorities and ensure effective collaboration.4) Engage with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and business teams, to understand their requirements and expectations. Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project.5) Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure that the project is executed according to the defined strategy and timelines.6) Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies7) Implement Agile development methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum, to manage the projects delivery process. Adapt to changing requirements and priorities8) Seek opportunities to improve project delivery processes, efficiency, and quality. Encourage innovation and the adoption of best practices.9) Maintain project documentation, including requirements, designs, and project plans.10) Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of the digital platform and make data-driven decisions for improvements.11) Maintain the security and compliance of the digital platform, including data security, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.1) Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Moving forward together We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
