Job Description

    Responsible to assist with the overall implementation and management of Information Security Management program (ISMS) and ensuring the ISMS objectives established by management, regulatory programs and processes are met.- Responsible for ISMS activities ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015, SSAE 18 and / or any other new certification- Responsible for maintaining ISMS documents- Coordinates & Conducting proficiency training programs- Coordinates scheduled audits with staff - internal audits- Provides audit responses and initiates and changes on procedures resulting from audits- Conducts internal audits and makes recommendations for corrective actions- Collection and analysis of Customer Survey and taking appropriate actions.- Preparation of Presentations, MIS reports as per Management / Reporting Intimation.- Reporting monthly activities, audit findings, quality objective status, Risk analysis status, Escalations report for non-accomplished task from Process owners.If interested Contact HR Palak - hidden_mobile or send your resume on hidden_email
