Job Description

Urgent opening for the post of SAP PP/ QM Manager at Chembur location. Please find the below details :Total Experience : 6-9 yrsGender : MalesLocation :ChemburIndustry : Manufacturing onlySalary : Decent hikeJob role :

  • Should have worked inmanufacturing organization, Should possess Knowledge of process industries scenario. Knowledge of discrete manufacturing scenario is desirable.
  • Should have experience in Implementation & Systemic configuration of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality management (QM) module with 1 full life cycle implementations
  • Should have Experience in carrying out PP,QM configurations to customize transactions relating to MRP, Sales and Ops Planning, BOMs, Routings, Batch Management, back flush, work orders as well as integration points between other SAP modules SAP/SD, SAP/MM and SAP/FI/CO/SAP EWM,
  • Should have Experience in carrying out MM/EWM configurations and to customize transactions relating to Procure to pay cycle, Inventory Management , service contracts, Subcontracting functions under S4hana environment.
  • Experience of working on enhancements(BADIs, BAPI, related to the PP,QM module)
  • Experience in submitting Functional / Technical Design specifications to ABAP consultants, testing, production Support and issue solution.
  • Profile - Understand business process in PP & QM . MM module across the companys businesses.
  • Be a system support team member supporting SAP PP functional area in respect of incidents and system changes related to PP-QM functional area; adhering to strict configuration management policies and procedures by
  • designing process flows and study current business process .
  • Document issue solutions - test plans, functional design specs, training materials, etc.
  • Monitor Transactions of SAP Production management, Quality management , MRP, BOMs, Routing , batch management & SAP EWM and related master data.
  • Getting involved in new systems initiatives, Support phase post implementation which includes the monitoring of system and user performance and trouble shooting.
