You will need to have extensive industry knowledge in Logistics IT sales, especially warehousing & logistics space in India. You will also be responsible for any branding and marketing activities of our digital platformResponsibilities Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our products unique selling points from product team and align them. effectively with the needs of prospects. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospective customer organizations to bring them onboard our platform. Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our logistics platform. Ability to use the product feature to correctly target specific pain points and requirements of potential clients in the warehousing industry. Develop and deliver engaging sales collateral and promotional materials for the Indian market. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. Represent the product and network with potential clients at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Lead contract negotiations & close deals ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.Requirements Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field. Should have a deep understanding of the local logistics and warehousing industry and key warehousing players in India Proven B2B Sales experience of 6 to 10 years in Logistics IT field in India with a successful track record in closing Logistics IT deals especially in Warehouse Management Systems A team player who can closely work with India based Business Unit Leadership team for sales strategies, market dynamics, branding strategies and ensuring the right product perspective is conveyed in the Indian market Should be able to quickly grasp the current product features and align the same with relevant prospects Should have deep knowledge & connect with wide network of key decision makers of leading Warehousing Companies in the India Demonstrated enthusiasm and genuine passion for sales, with a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, persuasive presentation abilities and negotiation skills for closing deals and achieving sales targets Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Flexible and adaptable to changing market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities.Join our team and be part of a thriving software company dedicated to innovation and excellence.
