Guidelines) Department - Sales / Business Development Role - Sales Sr. / Jr. Level Experience - relevant experience in Sales or Business Development role in NVOCC / Forwarding / Shipping company Education - Graduate / PG Role / Profile points - Develop Sales enquiry Business Development using different methods / strategy Lead Generation and Converting the leads in the Business Coordinating with Existing and New Clients for sustenance and further business / sales flow Communicating with internal and external customers Maintaining business relationship with existing and new clients Setting up a Sales/BD Targets and achieving the same in the stipulated time frame MIS / Client Data / Sales Reports maintaining and updating Visiting at clients / customers place Meeting Clients / Customers Execution of Proposal to Closure of an enquiry, converting it in to Business / Sales To travel in / out - within the specific region / area for the business / sales purposes Desired skills - Good at Communication / Coordination Team player Good Listener Good at Computer skills, MS Office, Internet savvy CTC - will be best as per Mkt.
