Job Description

    Job Profile-Provide technical support to existing customers (Local and international) in terms of product specifications, samples, and technical documents from the plant.Coordinate with relevant departments like factory (production, dispatches, andquality), R&D (for new molecules, applications, andtechnical specifications), accounts (for billingandcollections), etc.Prospecting for new customers through the internet, references, existing database, andnew database within the companyandvisit.Managing customer satisfactionandrepeat business.Achieving targetedsalesat defined margins would be critical for this role.The role calls for a go-getter with leadership skills.Identify opportunities in the Localandinternational markets.Follow up with Internationalandlocal clients for orders, follow-up, shipments, documentation, submission, services,andpayment.PreferablyB.Sc. / Pharma / M.Sc. / BMS with PG / MBA inMarketingcandidatesPackaged: - 4 LPA TO 8 LPA Must have a proven track record of independently & successfully prospectingandcompleting thesalescycle forsalesof specialized molecules for an API / Bulk Drug unit.Must be technically competent with a good understanding of cGMP proceduresShould be able to engage effectively with existing & prospective customersExcellent key accounts management skills
