Manager - Sales Administration & Inventory Management - Pharmaceutical IndustryShould be Graduate/PG with minimum 5 years experience in handling the Sales Administration and Inventory Management/Credit Control in Pharmaceutical IndustryWould be responsible for :1. Sales Order Processing and ensure timely deliveries;2. Develop monthly sales reports and update the same;3. Generating - Proforma Invoices & Bills4.Issuing Debit-Credit Notes to the Stockists and handling Credit Control;5. Collections from Customers and monitoring Charge-backs;6. Aging Reports, Chargeback and DSO;7. Handling problematic and old Receivables and take action for collection;8. Inventory Management - Updation of Inventory at Super Stockiest Level / Stockiest level.9. Incentive Schemes of the Stockiests and Claims processing of the same ;10. Validating and maintaining Physical Inventory in coordination with Warehouse Manager & Accounts ;11. MIS for Invoices and Delivery notes and details of quantities etc.12. Preparing Sales Reports / MIS and submit to the Management
