Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have urgent job opening for Compliance Manager at Navi Mumbai.Experience: 4 to 7 YearsMale candidate onlyDescription:

  • Responsible for Manage all compliance activity & smooth transition.
  • Systematic approach to handle compliance across multi-locations.
  • Registration / Renewal / amendment under Shops & Establishments, CLRA / PT/ PF/ ESIC Act for PAN India Clients.
  • Handling inspections on behalf of the clients & maintain healthy relations with various authority.
  • Legal advisory on new notifications / Policies / Wage Structure / PF / ESIC.
  • Preparation and Maintenance of statutory registers for PAN India clients as per State Statute.
  • Timely submission of annual / half-yearly / quarterly returns under various Labour Laws across PAN India.
  • Legal opinion on labour legislations to enable management & client in decision making process.
  • Responsible for new Project Implementations & smooth transition to achieve 100% compliance.
  • Liaison with Labour, ESI, PF and PT authorities Support in court related matters.
  • Ensuring timely payment of Statutory dues & maintaining the records of the same
  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
