Job Description

You will be responsible for the following activities:Talent Acquisition / Recruitment for corporate and Plant level1. Managing the entire life cycle from recruiting to relieving of employees in Corporate.2. Developing and monitoring overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across theOrganization.3. Assessing training needs to apply and monitoring training programs.4. Performance management (PMS)/ Appraisal HO and Factories.5. Conducting Assessment Center and Development Center.6. Employee Engagement activities at Corporate and Plant Location.7. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.Required Candidate profile1. Any Graduate/ Degree/ Diploma and MBA (Full time or Part Time) in HR with 7-10 years of experience in handling HR role preferably in a Pharmaceuticals company.2. Candidate staying in central line and who can join immediately will be preferred.3. Candidate should have good leadership and Interpersonal skills.,
