Job Description

    Associate analysts will be a part of the operations team at XL Dynamics India Pvt Ltd.The primary duty of Associate analyst will be to respond to customer queries promptly and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This profile offers an opportunity to work in a customer focused role that requires strong communication, problem solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills. The position offers a chance to learn and develop new skills while staying up to date with industry trends. Additionally. This role provides a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of customers by providing exceptional service and support.Responsibilities:Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online chatProviding excellent customer service and support to clientsKnowledge of and adherence to SLA guidelines and protocol to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiriesAbility to prioritize tasks and manage work effectivelyMaintaining accurate and complete records of customer interaction and transactionsCollaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet team goalsEscalating customer issues to the appropriate department as necessaryStaying up-to-date with company process and industry trendsParticipate in ongoing training and development program to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Position:Associate AnalystJob Shift:NightExperience:Minimum 5 yearsEducation:We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic.
