1) Play a key role in the business decisions by understanding the business relevant Business metrics and carrying out financial analysis. 2) Ability to provide financial insights to the top management & ensure right decision are taken. 3) Business Analysis and Financial planning which include complete analysis of financial and operational results and develop strategic recommendations. 4) Develop appropriate processes to reduce tax burden. Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation. 5) Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly various reports as required by the top management. 6) Responsible for accounting & financial systems, adequate controls and accurate book keeping. 7) Fund raising & relationship management. 8) Working on process efficiencies and standardization of processes and better connection between the entire process cycles throughout the organization. 9) Cost reduction as a target on ongoing basis are being undertaken in order to optimize the profitability of the organization. 10) Monthly P & L, Variance & other financial reports to be reviewed with MD REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Analytical mindset with ability to handle and maintain accounts. 2. Budgeting, Finance Management & cost Analysis.,
