Job Description

    Growth Manager (B2B SaaS)Make a difference: In the modern commerce, customers are spoiled for choices, competition has become fierce, customer and market behaviours are changing very fast, and cost of incorrect pricing is exponentially higher with both short term and long-term impacts. In this role, you will empower companies with the power of automation, artificial intelligence, and speed in making the right pricing decisions for their businesses. As a SaaS growth manager, you will lead business development and sales of dynamic pricing software products in identified markets in India or overseas territories, to companies in travel, retail, ecommerce, d2c, media and entertainment domains domains. Your comfort and expertise in value selling and data analysis will help you perform exceptionally well in this role.Day to day job responsibilities will include :- Source and nurture sales leads with targeted relevant brand building material- Set and deliver on growth targets- Plan and execute multiple product marketing campaigns, and spread knowledge and build interest in our products.- Develop a sales pipeline, and manage the end-to-end sales process- Develop a deep understanding of the dynamic pricing offerings, align product positioning to the sale methodology- Understand target customers business requirements, create a value selling pitch and nurture leads- Conduct pre-sales analytics and/or PoC / Pilot projects to demonstrate the value created for the prospects in using Sciatives SaaS offerings.- Work with internal data engineers and pricing consultants to develop sets of use cases for the prospects and build a data driven pitch for clients.- Identify and nurture strategic partnership with potential business development partners- Social media sniffing of potential customers to understand their priorities and behaviours of key decision makersDesired candidate profile :- Understanding of and experience in SaaS sales processes- Proficiency in writing professional grade product marketing content- Bachelors degree or higher (MBA preferred, but not necessary) with 4 to 8 years of total industry experience- 1 to 2 years experience in SaaS business development to clients in India, Europe, SEA, and Americas- Demonstrated track record of experience and success- Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively execute in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative- Prior experience in retail or travel industry is preferred, but not necessary- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Doc,
