Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Gaming Zone Supervisor at the upcoming Entertainment Zone at Vashi to oversee operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our gaming zone. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, supervising staff, maintaining gaming equipment, and upholding safety and security standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of gaming zone staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
    2. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by assisting customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
    3. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the gaming zone, including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
    4. Safety and Security: Enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect customers, staff, and equipment.
    5. Gaming Equipment Management: Monitor gaming equipment functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
    6. Sales and Promotions: Promote gaming zone offerings, upsell services, and implement promotional activities to drive customer engagement and revenue.
    7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
    8. Reporting and Administration: Prepare daily reports on operational activities, sales performance, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment maintenance.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in a similar role within the gaming or entertainment industry.
    • Strong knowledge and passion for gaming trends and technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in gaming or hospitality management is a plus.
