We requires Field Recruiter for a Ecommerce Logistic Company at Mumbai.Opening at Mira RD & WadalaPosition: Field Recruiter - Bikers & Van Associates HiringQualification: GraduateExperience: 0.6-3Yrs in Bikers & Van Associates HiringSalary : up to 22-25KRole: RecruiterRole:This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy distribution network in his given area of responsibility both fixed (Hiring Delivery Associates) and Variable ( network of stores/freelancers)Responsibilities:* Responsible for bulk Hiring* Field recruitment* Source candidates through portal/campaigning/advertising.* Experience with blue collar hiring/ biker hiring.* Experience in Non It Hiring* Responsible for hiring of Delivery Associates, manage, and run onboarding & training SOP.* Strategy and planning: The candidate will assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the Delivery Associates.* Identify and onboard effective and heathy network of stores/freelancers (Variable delivery Network).* Maintain healthy relationship with the Variable delivery Network* Monitor the health of the network.* Ensure training of the operators and Variable delivery Network on systems, processes and KPIs* Plan network expansion in the given territory in view of the business requirements.* Plan resource requirement in line with business requirements* Ensure timely payment to all small service partners through effective coordination with head office* Ensure roll out of programs and new initiatives in the given territory.For Interview Share your resume on Recruiter.avinash@gmail.comRegardsAvinash Ghadshi
