Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Within the CloudFactory Projects team, he / she is responsible for:

  • Frame the infrastructure needs related to IT projects of Group entities
  • Drive and ensure the success of these infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate the various external and internal stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with the different CloudFactory teams ( Operations , Architecture , etc.) and the business IT project teams of Group entities
  • Strong relationship with outsourcing partners
  • Mastery of project management and IT infrastructures (IaaS, OS, DB, .)
  • International environment. Fluent English required
Frame the infrastructure needs related to IT projects of Group entities:- Framing infrastructure projects (needs, issues, budget, planning, constraints, roles and responsibilities, etc.)- Proposes a solution meeting the expressed needs (with the help of the CloudFactory Architects)- Organize the project with the outsourcers (technical and financial proposal in particular)Lead and ensure the success of these infrastructure projects:- Manages the project (governance, planning, action plans, risk management, problems and changes, etc.)- Pilot outsourcers to guarantee the quality of the services delivered- Prepares the transition between the project and the production- Track customer satisfaction- Reports on its projects and initiates any escalationsCoordinate the various external and internal stakeholders- Synchronizes all project stakeholders:
  • CloudFactory (Architects, Operations, .)
  • IT business project team
  • Outsourcing
  • Editors and / or integrators
  • Experts
On all types of projects (migrations or upgrades of existing applications, implementation of new systems, infrastructure overhauls, etc.)Desired Candidate Profile
  • With a professional experience of several years, the candidate masters the management of complex infrastructure or application projects in an international environment
  • With good interpersonal skills, the candidate seeks customer satisfaction
  • Very good level of spoken and written English
  • - Significant experience in project management
  • - Knowledge of IT infrastructures (Unix & Windows OS, Oracle DB & MsSQL, Servers, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Cloud, .)
