Should have good communication skills2. Should have good working knowledge on installation/ troubleshooting skillsof Operating Systems (Win 7/ Win 10)3. Should have good troubleshooting skills4. Should have knowledge on First level Local Network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting5. Should be able to resolve customer specific application issues6. Extend the shift timings for any planned activity or major incidents7. Prepare reports as agreed with customer8. Lead the activity specific to location and share regular progress updates to respective stakeholders9. Review on pending calls and count should be under control10. Regular review onSops11. Provide support toV Cs12. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.13. Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients14. Installation and troubleshooting of printers15. Patch management for desktops ensure critical patches are updated on schedule16. Desktop Imaging through MDT17. Should have good knowledge on features like DENS,DHCP,Proxy etc.18. Should ready to visit other location within Mumbai (Dadar. Bandra) in case of any requirement

  • Perform inventory and asset management, conference room preventative maintenance, and e-recycling
  • Support a complex and fast paced environment focused on video conference rooms with outstanding attention to customer satisfaction
  • Ensure audio and visual quality, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and any requests from meeting attendees.
  • Deploy and recover laptop and desktop images
  • Perform customer support for over 70,000 users worldwide from IT accessory to workstation dressing
  • Use ticketing systems to report individual work accomplishments and to track Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Utilize Inventory Data management software to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow
  • Contribute to large scale global projects as needed
QualificationsSkills Required:
  • 1-2 Years desktop support experience Have good written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work in a large team with minimal supervision
  • Capable of providing an outstanding user experience
  • Basic Inventory or IT knowledge
  • Can lift and carry 50 pounds or more of equipment safely, multiple times per day.
  • Interest in new technologies and IT career path
Skills Preferred:
  • You excel in a fast paced work environment.
  • You make sound decisions when faced with competing priorities.
  • You are results oriented and can identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives.
  • Past business operations experience desired.
