Job Description

Position Title: Construction ManagerLocation: Nerul Navi MumbaiExperience: 7 YearsQualification : Diploma CivilLanguage- English / Hindi / MarathiBasic Responsibility:1. Earthwork Bed preparation of Embankment Layers .2. Laying of WMM, MPM, SC as per FRL and specification.3. Execution of cutting section as per drawing , ETL and specification .4. Ensure Execution of work according to approved drawing, design and specification.5. Monitoring and follow up all work progress as per work schedule .6. Ensure quality of work , material control and time management and minimize of wastage .7. Ensure material quantity and delivery on time at site .8. To anticipate problems and provide solution to minimize complexity on site .9. Ensure machinery and labor required in daily schedule .10. Ensure safety measures and traffic diversion on site .11. Supervising work of trainee Engineers.12. Ensure work of any sub-contractors.13. Prepare level sheets for intermediate and final bills.14. Planning the work on site and efficiently reporting to the plant as per site requirement. Prepare DPR and ensure next day planning .Skills required:Taking levels of NGLTBM Flying and preparation of OGLFixing peg levels for Subgrade , GSB , WMM, MP
