Hiring at Investment Banking company for client success specialistJob Role: Client Success Specialist (Fund Accounting)Job Responsibilities:-Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and comfortable with our platform. Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any operational challenges and ensuring optimal use of the platform.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify additional support or training needs.Collaborate with the product and technical teams to communicate client feedback and influence future product enhancements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
