Job Description

    Note : This job will bePrimaryResponsibility:
    • Adhere and comply with statutory provisions under the EPF Act
    • Ensuring timelines are met for PFcompliance and clients.
    • Drafting and responding to various PF Notices & to visit PAN India PF offices as and when required
    • Managing the PF Challan & IW Statements etc. through Team Leaders.
    • Managing closures and activities applicable under monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual statutory calendar with Team
    • Liaising with PF Authorities for attending the inspection conducted by authority under Section 7A & other Show cause Notice and under section 7Q & 14B
    • Liaising with PF Authorities for attending the hearing conducted by authority. -
    • Representation in PF Department where required (E-Nomination / KYC/ Seminar for PAN India)
    • Identifying Compliance Issues that require follow-up or investigation.
    • Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors during the Monthly & Quarterly Audits to resolve the queries.
    • Manage & Coordinate with respective clients across the PAN India for the PF compliance / Online PF Registration under the EPF Act.
    • Keeping clients informed about action strategies in case of compliance standard violations.
    • To attend meetings / calls with client as and when required
    • To handle escalations received from Associate / Senior Associate / Team Leaders / Management.
    • Monthly meeting with Team Leaders for smooth functioning of PF Compliance Operations.
    • Working closely with the compliance director and other senior executives
    • Assist all Employees How to Fill Up Form 11, Activate UAN Number, Download EPF Passbook, KYC Updation, Online Nomination Updation, etc.
    • Prepare Yearly Return i.e. Form 5A(Online), Form 3A along with Reconciliation Statement and submit to the Provident Fund Office in the stipulated period
    • Assist all Ex-Employees - Withdrawal Forms (i.e. Form 19, Form 10C, Form 15G/15H), Transfer Form (i.e. Form 13), Death Claims (i.e. Form 10D, Form 20, Form 5IF, etc.) and taking care to settle it at the earliest
    • Follow up with Provident Fund Department for Getting the Annual PF Slip (i.e. Form 23) of all employees, Withdrawal & Transfer Queries, Name & Address Change of Establishment, ECR related issue, UAN related issues, etc.
    • Monitoring and Renewing the Shop Establishment, Contract Labour Licenses, and other respective policies as per the clients requirements and Acts.
    RequiredSkills/Abilities:
    • Knowledge of PF /ESIC Compliance.
    • Concise communication over email, phone, and in-person
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
