Job Description

  • Application Management: End to End management of Internal Application Br.Net, NEFT, RTGS, V-soft, CCIL Application etc .
  • Ensuring that detailed SOW & SLA is made available to all stakeholders of each application
  • Ensuring that application specific Process & Procedure documents are prepared & updated regularly.
  • Monitoring day to day sever logs and Application, server Issues and resolution in timely manner to make 99.9% uptime to business Responsible for handling technical & non-technical escalation.
  • Handle customer issues (bug fixes), incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reports to senior management as per requirement
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Plan the technology roadmap with an execution plan around it, the technology roadmap will not cover the future technologies, but also cover the replacement of current set of applications
  • Deployment of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations
  • To assist with the support of internal applications and infrastructure
  • Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the bank.
  • Providing multiple solutions for a given technical problem along with the recommendation of the better technology solution
  • Creating / managing / Deleting / Resetting Id of banks branch user s for various application name as Profile CBS and GTM DB ,Br.net, Sumeru, Servosys , D-Dupe ,E- KYC, Payment Gateways, CRMs and other Banking Applications.
  • Ability to support End User s Application related issues
  • Ensure the Audit requirement and AppSec and VA to be closed
  • Excellent oral and written communication
