Job Description

Work Profile

  • Products targeted toward Chemical and R&D verticals such as Refrigerated Heating Circulators, Rotary Evaporators, Water/Oil Baths, Laboratory Ovens, etc.
  • Achieving the product-related revenue objectives for defined regions in collaboration with the sales team and the companys channel partners while focusing on acquiring key strategic accounts.
  • Open to travelling pan India as the role would demand visit to new accounts, generating new business revenue while also maintaining the base with existing accounts.
  • Research and analyze competitors offerings, product applications, relevant industry verticals across various territories to target for further sales growth.
  • Conduct and deliver effective technical conferences/seminars/presentations on products and related applications.
  • Capable of and experienced in demonstrating technologies to customers in their labs.
  • Act as the first level of support and troubleshooting application-related customer queries whilst providing the required support to the Sales team.
  • Conduct trainings for internal sales team and channel partners.
  • Drive the internal sales and channel partner teams as per the strategies developed while ensuring that your priorities are aligned with product and regional sales numbers.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

  • In-depth knowledge of related industries and territories
  • Knowledge and experience of aforesaid products and related applications would be preferred
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with your stakeholders (sales team & channel partners)
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think from a customer viewpoint as the role would require troubleshooting their queries and delivering that feedback to the companys technical design team to further enhance the products functionalities
  • Having initiative in keeping abreast of developments in products, related industries, application-related research and developments
  • Conducting and delivering effective technical demonstrations, seminars, presentations, conferences
  • Results-driven approach
Preferred Qualification: BE, BTech, MTech, MSc in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science
