    Asset Management, Product Development Associate (based in India) JPMorgan Chase & Co. The candidate will get to partner with product developers across Asia Pacific, mainly in Hong Kong and Singapore to support the development and management of JPMorgan Asset Managements fund ranges. He/she will be responsible for administering and facilitating the product development and fund maintenance processes as well as participate in projects which would improve the overall quality of the team s work and effectiveness. Main responsibilities and duties:
    • Managing and coordinating (including collating of data from multiple sources) updates to the funds legal and regulatory documentation in an efficient and controlled manner that mitigates risks of errors.
    • Assisting in the application for regulatory approval of prospectus changes and new funds liaising as necessary with relevant internal teams.
    • Coordinating and assembling of materials for the regional product governance forum.
    • Contribute ideas for processes enhancements as it relates to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Providing support on setup of new funds/share classes and handling the payment of invoices to regulators/service vendors.
    • Streamline, automate and enhance existing processes and regular publications.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with amongst others, investment desks, risk and compliance departments, internal and external legal counsel, and distribution.
    Qualifications
    • At least 6-8 years of working experience
    • Knowledge of asset management industry strongly preferred
    • Basic understanding of UCITS products
    • Experience in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines, within a large, highly complex, cross-functional environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills which can be competently utilised to manage a large range of documents
    • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
    • Fluency in written and spoken English
