Job Description

One of our client which is into Jewellery Industry is looking for :Manager AccountsReporting To : PromoterBASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision of day-to-day accounting for a Jewellery Store.
  • GST and Income-tax compliance within prescribed due dates.
  • Preparation of MIS.
  • Preparation of Payroll register.
  • Co-ordinate for Tax assessments.
  • Liason with Banks for credit operations.
  • Submission of monthly and quarterly Reports to Banks and other agencies at regular intervals.
  • Co-ordination with Financial Advisors/ Auditors for finalization of accounts.
  • Inventory reconciliation, valuation and checks.
  • Handle Petty cash.
  • Carry Legal Documentation/ Execution of Agreements, etc.
  • Accounting of Group Cos., Promoters family and Income-tax compliance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Qualified CA/ Commerce Graduate with at least 8-10 years experience. Experience in Jewellery industry is a must.
  • Should have working knowledge of Accounting Software in Jewellery industry.
  • Good in Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of Internet and Computers.
  • Good communication and Email writing skills.
  • Age group of 30-45 years.
