Job Description.OPERATION MANAGEREducation: Graduate. Experience: 3 - 5 years of Experience.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the setting and accomplishing of objectives By establishing plans, budgets and etc.Monitors quality, standards as per Company Policies.Meets the expectations of the customers on daily basis Responsible of daily operations and sales growth for each of the outlets. Responsible for leading, coaching and managing operations teams Regularly review and work on improving customer service standards Of all outlets by ensuring excellent service at all times. Provides guidance and direction to subordinates,Setting performance standards and monitoring performance.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Superior Support and work closely with all the departments. Liaise with franchisee for all new outlets opening. To achieve sales and profit targets.Salary: As Per Industry standard
