Job Description

  1. To ensure reliability of the equipment & assets by maintaining its health & condition. Business objective of achieving production schedule adherence
  2. To improve equipment safety, quality & productivity. Business objective is to achieve zero accidents, defects & increase productivity
  3. Plan & execute the preventive & predictive maint. Schedules to achieve 100% uptime of equipment
  4. Analyse the breakdown & minor stoppages of equipments to plan actions
  5. Plan & execute the actions on equipments to prevent recurrence of stoppages or failure
  6. Monitor & control spares & repairs cost to ensure effective utiliasation & budget control
  7. Plan & execute Kaizens & improvements to improve productivity & quality performance of equipment
  8. Plan & execute safety & ergonomic improvements in equipments to eliminate unsafe condition & fatigue operations
  9. Plan & execute statutory & legal testing activities (internal & external) to ensure 100% legal compliance
