Assistant Manager Sales - Consumer Durable Loans, Rural Lending Locations: Narsighapur, Boudh, Tangi - Chandapur, Banki, Nuapada Key Responsibilities: Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Consumer durable Loans. Manage Dealer network in assigned territory and generate Business through them Identifying referral network, brokers and generating business from them. Assign the responsibility to sales executives and monitor the performance. Identification of good areas to operate and customer profiles. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio.
