Job Description

    The Life Insurance Agency Channel Representative is responsible for building and managing a network of insurance agents who sell life insurance products to customers. They will work closely with insurance agents to help them achieve their sales targets, provide training and support, and ensure that they are in compliance with company policies and regulations.Responsibilities:
    • Recruit and onboard new agents to the agency channel
    • Train agents on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
    • Manage and support a network of agents to help them achieve their sales targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the agency channel
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to agents to help them improve their performance
    • Ensure that agents are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
    • Participate in marketing campaigns to promote life insurance products
    • Maintain positive relationships with agents and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales or agency management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with insurance products and regulations
