The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing site personnel. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project completion, and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Experience in managing construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, and budget management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 2 years of experience working in construction or a related field,
