Job Description

    The Marketing Executive - B2B Tele calling will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through effective tele calling strategies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the steel trading business and excellent communication skills. Past experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce our steel products and services.- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.- Present and pitch our steel trading solutions effectively to potential clients.- Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their business goals.- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for growth.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in B2B telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the steel trading or manufacturing industry.- Strong understanding of the steel trading industry and its dynamics .- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a high level of motivation and energy.- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
