    1. Sales and Business Development:
      • Identify and target new business opportunities within the research and laboratory chemicals market.
      • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
      • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
      • Generate leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and conduct sales presentations.
    2. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including research institutions, laboratories, universities, and other relevant organizations.
      • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
      • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    3. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:
      • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys research and laboratory chemicals, including their features, benefits, and applications.
      • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in research and laboratory chemicals.
    4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
      • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
      • Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
    5. Negotiation and Closing:
      • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
      • Close sales agreements and achieve sales targets.
      • Ensure timely follow-up on pending deals and opportunities.
    6. Collaboration and Coordination:
      • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
      • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
