We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach and drive growth.Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote our interior design and architectural services. This role requires a creative and results-driven individual who knows to follow and deliver as per deadlines with a passion for sales, marketing, and the design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of updated market trends, excellent communication. skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other key stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the clients requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Marketing: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and enhance brand visibility. Develop engaging content for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates. Manage the companys social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts twice a day which has to be engaging and interaction driven, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers. Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our expertise and generate leads. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create compelling case studies and project portfolios. Monitor and analyze market trends, regularly study competitor activities on everyday basis and do the relatable moves, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresher can also apply, Preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate, interior design, or architecture industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing and social media. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
